Suggested Use:

Early Onset: Take 1 capsule three times a day for four days.

Late Onset: Take 2 capsules three times a day for day one, then 1 capsule three times a day for three days.

Daily Immune Support: Take 1 capsule a day for daily immune support.

For Travel: Take 2 capsules pre-flight then take 2 capsules during flight.
